THE CHEF’S TABLE EXPERIENCE

The Chef’s Table is an exclusive 10-seat chef’s tasting dinner in the intimate Private Dining Room that gives guests a unique experience as if dining in the humble warmth of a farm house kitchen, be it in California, Florida, Tuscany or Greece. A dining destination for locals and tourists alike, The Chef’s Table is an 8-course culinary journey featuring the best ingredients from the market downstairs, offering a seasonally-inspired menu with a casual farm-to-table feel that brings the best of Mina’s California style alongside Pintabona’s Italian flavor. Guests also have the option of allowing our expert Sommlier pair wines with each course or indulging in selections from our full Bar.

Guests may reserve seats ThursdayFriday and Saturday evenings through our dedicated online reservation system to sit communally in a convivial, warm setting designed to enhance the connection to local farmers and artisans.

Walter Lodali Wine Dinner: Barbera, Barolo, and more!

Walter Lodali, and his mother Rita, have been making spectacular wines in the heart of Italy’s Piedmont region for decades. Join Walter himself at FarmTable Cucina for a fun and exciting five-course dinner created by Chefs Jeffrey Hileman and Jeff Thornsberry specifically to pair with his wines . We will be featuring Lodali’s premium line of wines, “Lorens,” named after Walter’s father, including the Lorens Chardonnay, Barbera, and Barolo. A few surprises are in store as well. Just in time for the holidays!

PRIVATE DINING

The Private Dining Room at FarmTable Cucina also welcomes special events and private dining opportunities during other days of the week when not hosting The Chef’s Table. Seating up to 12 guests for Bridal Shower Brunches, Business Lunches and intimate Special Occasion Dinners, this fully-enclosed Private Dining Room strikes the perfect balance between rustic and sophisticated.
